Many affiliate tools are feature-thin or were built for another platform first; Ambassy is designed for Wix from the start. And it’s simple flat pricing, with no revenue share.

Correct. Ambassy charges a flat monthly fee only — we never take a percentage of your referred revenue at any tier. Some affiliate tools add a cut of every referred sale on top of their monthly fee; if you’re coming from one of those, that revenue tax simply goes away.

Two ways, layered for reliability. Every affiliate gets a unique coupon code — when a shopper uses it at checkout, the sale is unambiguously credited to that affiliate. On top of that, affiliates have tracking links; when someone clicks one, Ambassy carries the referral through the cart and checkout to the completed order. The coupon path works even if cookies are blocked, so attribution stays dependable.

Both. Ambassy supports classic Wix sites and the newer Wix Studio editor, with the right click-capture method for each. However your store is built, referrals are tracked correctly.

Yes. Ambassy attributes referred sales across Wix Stores and Wix Bookings — so product sales and referred service or appointment bookings can both earn commission.

No. Ambassy never holds your funds and never acts as a payment intermediary. You pay commissions from your own connected PayPal account, or issue store credit as a single-use Wix coupon for the amount owed. The app orchestrates the payout on rails you fund and control; your money never passes through us.

Yes. The Free plan includes link and coupon tracking, one program, a branded affiliate portal, PayPal and store-credit payouts, and core analytics — with unlimited tracked conversions, like every plan. You move to a paid plan only when you want a specific feature, never because of your volume.

Affiliates sign up through your branded sign-up page and get their own portal — where they grab links and coupons and track their clicks, conversions, and earnings. You can auto-approve applicants or review them yourself, and you can bulk-import existing affiliates via CSV.

Billing runs through the Wix Billing System, on your existing Wix account — no separate payment setup and no extra logins.

Ambassy includes in-house fraud checks (self-referral and velocity detection, suspicious-pattern checks) and block lists, plus anti-leak discounts using non-guessable, single-use codes to keep affiliate discounts off public coupon sites. Commissions are also clawed back automatically on canceled or refunded orders.
