Pricing questions
- Is there really no percentage of my sales?
- Correct. Ambassy charges a flat monthly fee only. We never take a percentage of your referred revenue at any tier. If you’re coming from a tool that adds a cut of every sale on top of its monthly fee, that revenue tax goes away.
- Is there a free tier?
- Yes. The Free plan includes link and coupon tracking, one program, a branded affiliate portal, PayPal and store-credit payouts, and core analytics. It has unlimited tracked conversions, like every plan.
- How am I billed?
- Billing runs through the Wix Billing System, so it’s on your existing Wix account, with no separate payment setup and no extra logins.
- What determines my tier?
- Features, not volume. Every plan has unlimited tracked conversions, so you never pay more because you sell more. Higher tiers add more capable features (extra programs, multi-level commissions, integrations, multi-store), so you upgrade only when you want a specific feature.
